VIP Services acts on the behalf of the client, and takes no responsibility for the services rendered by passport acceptance agents, the U.S. Passport Agency (Department of State), Travel Agents, Consulates or Embassies in connection with granting of passports or visas. VIP Services takes no responsibility for delays or loss of passports or visas as they may occur through the above services, the U.S. Mail or by guaranteed delivery services such as Federal Express, Airborne, Airlines, Lone Star, UPS, etc.  Incomplete or inaccurate applications are solely the responsibility of applicants and if filled out incorrectly it could cause delays. All fees are subject to change without notice.  We do not give refunds for the above errors caused by delayed passports or visas from the above mentioned agencies.  Damage compensation for your errors, omissions or any other reason is not available.
